consistent
today ms aw brought us for light exercise outside the sch.
then she got me reflect on certain things while all of us sat down and talk.
she told us that if u left gaps in btwn, it means you are not being consistent.
those who are consistent, need not have to run at all. Just followed her by walking.
and if u run to catch up with the ones infront, or to cover up the gaps,
it means you're working on it but not everytime.
running is actually an example we can use on studies, true.
