Serve
Quite an awful day it is. Got this customer whom got me thinking she's way too much. It's alright if she's rushing for time and expects efficiency. It's okay if she doesnt like me placing cold and dry items in a single bag. But hey, do she have to make her words so harsh. She told me I should make effort if not I wouldnt go further in my future. She even asked me a question and I got really pissed. "Can you use your brain?" Obviously, I just shut up and swallowed it down. Worst of all, she actually talked to my supervisor "If you were her manager, you should teach her something." It's not my supervisor fault, you can count it on mine. Ridiculous woman, even if you're in a bad mood, it isnt me that cause that alright? Do you think im having a good mood attending to people like you? At least, I'm looking at a big point - save the Earth, minimize the usage of plastic bags. I listened to my supervisors' advices. All she could, was yell as if she was our boss and some big deal? Watch the words, please.
On the other hand, I always have caring customers! I remembered one lady asked me if I'm having any perspectives, working for something better. I could only tell her I'm having school holidays, added on waiting for results. I've some other who forgets to weigh their fruits. & I really dont mind running over to the end of other counters to weight it for them. It feels so great when I finally get back to my counter again and they told me "thank you." I feel respected and my efforts are appreciated. I'll never hesitate to let them know it's alright and end off with a smile. This is what keeps me going, this is whats so good bout serving people!
" Courtesy should be given and received. It means alot, but not many realise. "
